Russian Caucasian Prize

I, , nominated for the CSC prize «Russian Caucasian Prize», recognize and guarantee the following:

• the Trophy declared by the nominee in the event of the current ban on its extraction is accepted by the Trophy Commission for consideration only if it is obtained before the ban is established (during the permitted period); or if it is obtained with a special permit issued by the competent state authority of the trophy's country of origin.
• the trophy commission upon consideration of this application if there are violations of the law (administrative, criminal) committed by the nominee is entitled to notify This authorized bodies, including by placing relevant information on the official site of the CLC;
• the trophies claimed in this statement were obtained by me legally, in compliance with the rules of hunting and hunting no ethics;
• violations of the restrictions on the extraction of objects of the animal world established by the current legislation were not allowed.

Based on the results of consideration of this application, the Trophy Commission of the Mountain Hunters Club is awarded a certificate confirming the award of this Prize. The certificate gives the right to order in the Club of mountain hunters a plaquette and a prize symbolizing this award.
