An isolated population inhabits the mountain massif of the Putorana Plateau, located between the Pyasina and Khatanga rivers at the base of the Taimyr Peninsula in the north-central part of Siberia.
* Due to the existing legislative restrictions on hunting these species, such a trophy may be considered if it was harvested with a special permit issued by the competent government authority of the country of origin. Additionally, these species may be included in the rating forms as a photographic trophy, but only under the Super 60 category.
