Regions
As of 1978, the population in Afghanistan was confined to the gorges of Kabul and the Koh-i-Safi area in Kapisa Province, as well as in small isolated “islands” between these regions. By 1987, in Pakistan, it was found on the Safed Koh Ridge, in areas near Mardan and Sheikh Badin, and presumably between Pezu and the Gomal River.

* Due to the existing legislative restrictions on hunting these species, such a trophy may be considered if it was harvested with a special permit issued by the competent government authority of the country of origin. Additionally, these species may be included in the rating forms as a photographic trophy, but only under the Super 60 category.
