The magazine “the Magic of Real Safari” supports the project “ Culture of hunting life”. The initiators and participants of the project are G. Semenova, V. Yashin- the director of “Pavlovo-Posadskaya ceramic manufactory”, Vadim Gorbatov- the animalist painter, Vlad Matveef –the knife master, Ramil Sherifzyanov- the sculptor, Julya Bazanova- the goldsmith, bone carver, the workshop of Anatoly Vyazovkin (furniture for hunting interior) and other painters. The project is also supported by publishing houses "Veche" and "Era" and the Museum of Hunting and fishing. Most of the participants worked together on different hunting Shows before.
N. Kondratiev- the President of SK “Russian Bear” and the project management organized the Festival, devoted to the St. Tryphon, the patron of all hunter. The even took place on the territory of the sport club “Moscow” on February 16th. Visitors and sportsmen of two categories (A and B) took part in the tournament on compact sporting. All prized were provided by the project participants. The representatives of the project management addressed with speech to all visitors.
They told that hunting in Russia was never a Hobby, but the lifestyle and philosophy for Russians. Hunting and contact with nature influenced all aspects of our culture. To follow the traditions of our for-fathers is our historical duty to the next generations.
The Chief editor of our magazine and the weapons expert V. Tikhomirov made the presentation of the unique riflle produced in 1856 by the famous French gunsmith Pote. It has the original break-action shotgun which suits for the modern unitary cartridge.
The winners of the shooting competition were awarded by the best products " Pavlovo-Posad manufactory». The Club of Mountain Hunters presented the CIC Caprine Atlas of the World in two volumes. “The Magic of the Real Safari” magazine awarded the winners with an annual subscription to the publication.
